Shipping

We are based in Poland and ship worldwide. Average delivery times are as follows – however, please note that delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas).

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after purchase – often even faster. For larger orders or when some items are temporarily out of stock, shipping may be delayed by a few days.

Estimated delivery times by region:

  • EU – 3–7 days (DPD, FedEx Economy (formerly TNT), or DHL)
  • UK – 3–5 days (FedEx Economy), or 1–2 days with FedEx Priority
  • USA – 3–5 days (FedEx Economy) - please note: occasional delays may occur in FedEx logistic hubs

Need faster delivery? We offer Shipping Priority with guaranteed 3-day delivery and no hub delays - contact us via email to request this option.

  • Switzerland, New Zealand, Norway, Canada, Japan, Australia - 4-6 days (FedEx Economy) - please note: occasional delays may occur in FedEx logistic hubs
  • Other countries – up to 9 days (FedEx Economy)

  • USA (new Trump administration tariffs from September 1, probably 15%)
  • Canada (duty fees collected in destination country, 15%-18% of the order value)
  • Australia (no duty fees except for orders above 1000 AUD / ~ 550 EUR)

  • Switzerland (duty fees collected in destination country, Fedex Fee 24CHF + 7.7% Swiss VAT)
  • Norway - VAT is collected on the border, the Norwegian Post company charges a fee of 149 NOK (12.87 euros) on orders with value 350-3000 NOK, 299 NOK on orders with value above 3000 NOK.https://www.posten.no/en/customs/receiving-from-abroad
  • Israel (orders over $75 will go through customs and 17% VAT needs to be paid as well as some additional fee to the courier)
